Tularemia | Infection of tegument, ocular, respiratory tract

Tularemia is an unusual infective disordered that affects on our tegument, ocular, gland lymph, and respiratory tract. Tularemia has another name which is ‘’fever-rabbit’’ or’’ fly fever deer’’ and the main reason due to which is happened is’’ francisella tularensis bacterium’’.

The main disordered impact on living things occurs by gnawing animals and it is thought to be affected by goat , bird, and fauna pets such as plague and  kittens.

Tularemia is increased through many paths in which humans are affected by it through sting and vulnerability in which animals directly affect to humans. Transmissible and possibly tularemia are significantly known with some antibacterial such as ‘’philomiragia francisella, hispaniensis francisella .’’

Epidemiology

The first time this disorder was discovered in America and its related city with passage of time as the disordered tularemia began to spread it finally reached the city of Holy land in 1715  B.C in the old year. Now in recent years, tularemia is beginning to increase in number by intake of unclean water, and ingestion of improperly made food and people that work in the field area have a great risk of getting tularemia.

Types of tularemia

There are some types of tularemia which are given as:

1: Tularemia glandular ulcers

It occurs on the sore of tegument by biting a pest or creature. The body temperature increased to normal due to which the person feels cool. There increased soreness in the head and inflammation and soreness in the gland lymph.

2: Tularemia glandular oculo

The main effect of this type on the eye. In this eye, we feel extreme soreness and become red and humans are not able to see in light properly because of soreness in the eye . The main effect on the eye is that it develops sore on the eyelid.

3: Tularemia oropharyngeal

It occurs due to the intake of unclean water and the main effect of this type occurs on the digestive canal, throat due to which there is the excess loss of water from the body and it occurs through regurgitation.

4: Tularemia pneumonia

This type of tularemia occurs in the respiratory tract and due to this lung are affected in which there is a pain in the ribs and this type of tularemia patient cannot breathe properly.

Symptoms:

There are some sign and symptom of tularemia which are given as:

1: Body temperature has increased to normal.

2: The body becomes cool.

3: There is extreme pain in the eye.

4: Inflammation in the pharynx causes the body tiredness.

5: The eyes become sense able in the light.

Causes:

The main cause of tularemia is that it occurs in a village region because in that region there are present tick that bites the human and there is a certain animal that is infected by disordered. Human touched that infected animal not wash their hand and touch these infected hand to their self are develop with this disordered. The main cause is giving as:

1: Pest sting:

Many pests live in moisture for some days and these pests bring tularemia that commonly causes an infection to people by transferring the sting of the tick. A great percentage of this infection occurs in the form of ulcers in the skin of humans.

2: By deceased creature:

It occurs by bite of an infectious creature commonly by gnawing creature .viruses appear on tegument where minor injuries are present and sore formed on injured parts. It also causes infection on the eye by means of touching an infected animal and with that hand put on your ocular is affected by it.

3: By drinking fatal water:

Sometimes we drink the underground dirty water that is Fatal to our health by drinking that water we serve from digestive disordered and that is the main cause of having tularemia.

Danger issue:

There are some danger issue which increased the threat of developing tularemia is given as:

1: Trapping and hutting:

Some people in the harsh world attack on undomesticated creatures and the seeker are covered to creature blood and they feed on consumed fresh meat that develops the risk of tularemia.

2: Agriculture risk of tularemia:

The main risk of tularemia in agriculture is that plants that develop with breathing viruses that are stimulated in the moist and used wild plant are the cause of developing tularemia risk.

Preventive options

There are not certain vaccines that provide for the prevention of tularemia but we can prevent ourselves by working in an area where tularemia are formed and these help in decreasing the chance of infection.

1: Getting protection from the pest:

A human that lives in America have a great chance of developing tularemia by the sting of tick and in another country, it may develop by mosquito bite so we should prevent our self from this by wearing complete cloth and it develops in human in man more than women and in the man of mild age so they have to wear complete cloth and put a hat on their head.

2: Careful during plantation:

When you plant a plant in your garden then you have to cover your mouth with masquerade and gloves. When you clean your garden with leaves and weed you have to cover your mouth with masquerades. And dengue is the mosquito when bite causes fever so we take care by using a masquerade.

3:  Prevent your animal:

When your animal is severe with a sting of tick then you have to place them in a certain area where they do not cause tularemia by biting the tick. You have to place them in a safe place.

Treatment

It is treated by an antibiotic drug which we know as streptomycin.  The drug is given to the patient of tularemia in 9 to 22 days. They also affect the CNS and our spinal cord due to high fever so the fluid of doxycycline is directly given to the patient. Tularemia recovery is possible and it can recover in a week.
